TurboTap will handle shipping costs for orders within the United States. Customers are responsible for any taxes and tariffs on orders outside the US.
Should you have any concerns regarding your purchase, we encourage you to get in touch with TurboTap for assistance. To initiate a return, it is required that you contact TurboTap in order to obtain an authorization number. It is important to send back all returned items within fifteen (15) days of receiving them, ensuring that they are unused and remain in their original condition. Please take into account that there might be a 20% restocking fee applied. Additionally, kindly note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Lastly, please understand that TurboTap cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged returned shipments.
TurboTap offers a one-year warranty on TurboTap products, guaranteeing their freedom from defects in material or workmanship. During this period, any defects will be repaired or replaced by TurboTap. To return a product, please contact customer service for a return authorization number and instructions.
For TurboTaps to fit properly, ensure sufficient 'clearance' by measuring the distance from the bottom of your current tap to the top of your standard glass.
T1 fits Standard Tap
The T1 Retrofit is designed specifically for standard taps, such as the one shown in the image above. If you have any other type of tap, it is necessary to use the T2 Full Faucet.
T2 fits Standard Towers
The T2 Full Faucet will attach directly to your tower. The T2 body thread is 1-1/8"-18, the U.S. Beer Industry Standard. Just attach and begin to see the benefits.
